Here I come with my new article in which we will talk about breakfast and why it should NEVER be missed! You’ve probably heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Yes, this is so, but have you asked yourselves the question „Why ..?“?
Why should we have breakfast
In mornings the body reacts to the fact that has not been consuming for many hours and practically overnight it has been working at lower speed, i.e. metabolism has slowed down in order to store energy. When you eat breakfast your body wakes up, speeds up metabolism and increases calorie burning.
What should we eat for breakfast?
Your breakfast should contain complex carbohydrates which release their energy slowly in the coming hours, fiber to feel sated for a long time and a decent amount of protein to help muscles for recovery.
Great recipes for breakfast
Oatmeal with milk and fruit
A perfect combination! We have complex carbohydrates, fiber and protein! In addition, you can eat 3-4 egg whites (NOT CRUDE) to increase the amount of protein and you’re done!
Sandwich – Bread, meat, cheese / yellow cheese
We have a good amount of protein and fiber and carbohydrates. As far as fiber is concerned, it could also be better, but it still remains a great option!
Yogurt with fruit
Another good option! You can add a little honey and cinnamon by choice and taste is like ice cream! Milk fat is important. If you are in a cleanup period, only choose milk with lower fat content.
And also :
If you feel that your protein is not enough, add a few eggs (you can eat them whole, don’t bother about the yolks !)
