Advanced Workout Plan

Hello guys ! This is my advanced workout plan which I recommend to people having at least 1 year of workout experience. You need to have additional weight in order to follow this workout plan. In each set you’ll be doing no more than 10-12 reps.
Here is the workout plan.

Advanced Workout Plan

 

Monday

Exercise                                  Sets and Reps

Wide-grip Pull ups        5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Dips                             5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Push ups                      5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Tuesday

20 min Cardio – running, swimming ,bike riding, jumping rope or whatever you want

Wednesday

Exercise                               Sets annd Reps

Wide-grip pull ups    5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Dips                         5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Chin ups                  5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Hanging leg-raises. 3 sets of max reps without additional weight.

 

Thursday

20 min Cardio – running, swimming ,bike riding, jumping rope or whatever you want

Friday

Exercise                                  Sets and reps

Squat                       5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Wide-grip pull ups     5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Push ups                  5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Dips                         5 Sets of as many reps as you can in each set

 

Saturday

30 min Cardio – running, swimming ,bike riding, jumping rope or whatever you want

Sunday

REST
