My recipe for quick, easy, tasty and healthy breakfast. So ..the recipe is very simple and it takes maximum 3 minutes to prepare it! It contains pretty good amounts of protein, a set of complex and simple carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and will keep your hunger satisfied for a long time at the expense of fewer calories.
Products needed
1) Oat bran / nuts – Choose whatever you prefer – I myself use bran.
2) Milk – I recommend skimmed milk or up to 1,5% fat
3) Some fruit
4) A teaspoon of honey
5) Cocoa (optional)
6) Walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Option 1:
Put 3-4 tablespoons of oats in a bowl. Add milk – about 200ml. Cut the fruit into pieces and add it to the mixture. Stir and voila!
Option 2:
You need a mixer / blender – Put inside fruit, milk, oat bran and cocoa – run the blender for 5 seconds and everything turns into a sweet mess .. put it in the fridge and in the morning you’ll have a super „cool“ and cold summer snack!

With a banana – awesome
With an apple – awesome
With a peach – decent
With pineapple – decent
With apricot – I didn’t like it
It’s necessary that you eat at least 2-3 boiled egg whites in the morning so that you can have a steadier amount of protein.
