I’m pissed off by all of this f*cking fake ads claiming to help you to lose fat and build the body you’ve ever wanted just with their f*cking useless product.
So in this article ill list you a few items and ill tell you why every single of them is a total bullsh*t .
1 – A vibrating belt
Are you fucking crazy 😀 I don’t even know how people believe that this will help them to burn the fat from their belly or ass, but thats just IMPOSSIBLE ! Don’t spend your money on such useless gadget ! YOU CAN’T LOSE WEIGHT WHILE WATCHING TV OR STAYING ON YOUR COMPUTER ! GET IT ! Go out there and make a 30 min run !
2 – A steaming belt
-This belts that are made to cover your belly and make you „melt the fat“ 😀 😀 What the f*ck ?! This WON’T help you burn ANY calories ! If you want to drop your fat you need to BURN calories ! Wearing this sh*t won’t do anything about it !
3 – SHAKE WEIGHT
Thats a dumbbell which shakes in your hands and magically ‘builds you muscle“ Thats so stupid that I don’t even want to comment it !
4 – barbell handles
This gadgets that are made to be put on the barbell in order to get your grip wider and give you a better pump. That’s not a 100% scam, but you can acheive absolutely the same effect with a towel covering the barbell, so don’t spend 60$ on this one !
At last
If you want to lose weight you need to do daily cardio, have a good nutrition and lift weights ! These are the 3 simple rules !
